What is Purple Pickleball?

Welcome to Purple Pickleball, a tournament proudly presented by The Purple Door. We invite players, teams, volunteers, sponsors, and spectators to participate in a day of competitive and social pickleball. Whether you’re a competitor or just looking for fun, this event is perfect for all skill levels. We will have food trucks, music, and fun!

The Purple Pickleball tournament will be held at Al Kruse Tennis and Pickleball Center at 502 King Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78401.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit The Purple Door, a nonprofit dedicated to ending domestic violence and sexual assault.

We welcome players of all levels to join the tournament. We will have social and competitive play.

Competitive Brackets – Doubles Only: Men/ Women/ Mixed.

Social Brackets – Open Bracket: Mixed

Registration opens August 2026.

Tournament play begins at 7:30AM (7 AM registration)

Mixed doubles play begins at 11:00 AM (10:30 AM registration)
