The Purple Door aims to prevent sexual and domestic violence through collaborative intervention, education, and awareness. Our goal is to elevate survivor voices, cultivate allies and advocates in the community, correct harmful language and cultural norms, and inspire future generations to live free from oppressive violence.
No appointment is needed for face-to-face crisis intervention and advocacy services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Please call the 24-hour/7 day-a-week crisis hotline at 361-881-8888 or 1.800.580.4878 (HURT) to speak to an advocate if you or someone you know has been a victim of domestic violence or sexual assault.
