Case Management

The Purple Door’s Case Managers provide individualized case plans to those experiencing domestic violence and/or sexual violence. Case Managers are available to meet clients for a one-on-one assessment of needs based on a survivor’s specific situation:

• Crisis intervention and advocacy
• Peer counseling
• Safety planning
• Wellness and empowerment

Information and referrals to community resources, such as:

  • Medical Care
  • Housing
  • Obtaining legal records (birth certificate, driver’s license, identification)
  • Boarding pets
  • Utility waivers
  • Child-care
  • Food, clothing, or other items needed.
